Shipping & Pickup Policy

Self pickup

Free pickup from the studio in Petah Tikva (Alter Mihud 1). When your order is ready you'll receive a "ready for pickup" email; timing is coordinated on WhatsApp.

Delivery

• We ship nationwide. Each shipping method's price, free-shipping threshold, and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout — the information displayed at checkout is binding.
• As a rule, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• You'll receive an email update when the package is handed to the courier.

Payment & order handling

• The available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include bank transfer, Bit, PayBox, and cash on pickup.
• Paying with Bit or PayBox: tap the payment button shown on the order-completion page and in the confirmation email, and write your order number in the transfer note.
• Orders paid with a manual method (bank transfer / Bit / PayBox / cash) are saved at checkout and processed once payment is confirmed. Full payment details appear on the order-completion page and in the confirmation email.

Order tracking

You can check your order status at any time on the order tracking page, using your order number and the email address or phone number used for the order.
