Returns & Cancellation Policy

This policy follows the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and its distance-selling regulations.

Cancelling an order

• Orders placed on the site may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or of receiving the order confirmation, whichever is later.
• Cancellations are submitted via WhatsApp, phone, or email listed on the site, with your order number.

Return conditions

• Products must be returned unopened and unused, in their original packaging. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, as permitted by law.
• Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of the cancellation notice, to the original payment method, minus the lawful cancellation fee (5% or ₪100, the lower) — except for damaged goods.
• Damaged or incorrect products are replaced or fully refunded, including shipping.
